Organized by Orient ING as part of their 55th-anniversary "ing Projects" initiative to celebrate Civil Engineering Day, the "2024 Megami Summit – Venus Climbing –" offered a rare, immersive experience centered around Nagasaki’s iconic Megami Bridge. Rather than simply walking across the deck, 16 participating Nagasaki City staff members were granted exclusive access to step inside the bridge's off-limits internal structure and scale its main tower to the top. The event successfully concluded on November 18, 2024, treating participants to a breathtaking, rarely seen panoramic vista of Nagasaki from the bridge's highest peak while fostering appreciation for local civil engineering marvels.
